One of my cords seems too tight, or too loose.
The cords are tied into the feet with simple knots. Pull the foot off and untie the knot in the bungee cord and readjust to the correct tension.

One of my cords has broken.
Replacement cords can be obtained through out customer service number. The cord is tied onto feet that are present on both ends of each leg. You can access the foot under the seat by rotating it out of its pocket located on the underside of the seat surface. Just untie and remove the broken cord. Tie off one end, thread the other end through the leg tubes, and then adjust to the correct tension and tie off the other end.

My poles do not seem to snap together as well as they used to.
A small amount of lubricant on the connector pieces may help. Also, if your bungee tension has decreased, you may want to adjust it as explained above.
